Welcome to Saha Guest House & Restaurant. By reserving a room, dining at our restaurant, or accessing our website (https://www.sahaguesthouse.co.in/), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and guest policies.

1. Check-In & Check-Out Rules

• Standard Check-in Time: 10:00 AM IST.
• Standard Check-out Time: 10:00 AM IST.
• Early Check-in & Late Check-out: Subject to room availability and prior confirmation. Charges may apply depending on the hour of arrival/departure.
• Mandatory Photo ID: Every adult guest must produce an original government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof.

2. Room Occupancy & Visitors

• Double rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 adults + 1 child below 5 years (sharing existing bed). Extra guests require an extra mattress and nominal charge.
• Family 4-Bed Suites accommodate a maximum of 4 adults.
• Non-resident visitors are permitted only in the reception lobby/restaurant area and are not allowed inside guest rooms after 09:00 PM for guest security.

3. House Rules & Conduct

• Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking inside air-conditioned rooms is strictly prohibited. Guests are requested to respect family and spiritual pilgrims visiting Mayapur Dham.
• Quiet Hours: Guests are requested to maintain noise discipline between 10:30 PM and 06:00 AM.
• Property Care: Any damage caused to hotel fixtures, air conditioning units, LCD screens, or linen will be billed to the guest at replacement value.

4. Dining & Room Service

Our in-house restaurant operates from 07:30 AM to 10:45 PM. Outside food deliveries are allowed, but warm food service, authentic Bengali thalis, and tea/coffee can be ordered directly from our kitchen.

5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of your stay or website usage shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Krishnagar, Nadia, West Bengal.
